So, I run this app on both an Android phone and an iPhone. The Android version allows me to login using Radio Ref credentials and access custom Calls feeds I have created. The Apple version does not seem to have this capability. Just curious if anyone knows whether that capability is coming to the iPhone app at some point? I think I have the latest version of the app on the iPhone. But, the iPhone is a work phone and it kinda locked down, so I'm not sure if the app is missing any kind of update that would have given it the same feature set as the Android version.

That is by design. I'm not sure if iPhone has some type of limitation, but when calls support was first being worked on Gordon said public/private playlists for Android and only public playlists for iOS.
