I downloaded the abb file to my cell (to the download folder) and I found a program on the Google Play store called abb to apk. I installed that, then that program asked me for the location of the abb file. As soon as I clicked on it, it installed and created a icon. Working great, I still need to get audio working but I can control my 536 over wifi and see the screen. This app is super cool

Up and running! SDS100 on my S23+ phone and S9+ tablet. The only hangup was digging for a USB-C to USB-mini to go directly between the devices, using a hub to switch USB-C to an A to mini cable didn't work.

Has anyone had any luck with an OTG cable that works, and does give the dreaded "Low Voltage" error? I have tried three different OTG splitters, and I get the low voltage disruption on every single one.

You can try a second micro USB cable to help power the scanner to try and reduce the power it takes from the OTG cable. You have the charge while on set to disable?

That was another thing I tried last night. That did not work, BUT, I have not tried to disable charge while on. That's next!

I am using this combination, with a USB-C power cord, successfully so far.

A 10.1 inch tablet is the way to go! Now to conquer this low voltage problem so I can plug them in and have them run 24/7!

Love the tablet connection, no more tiny buttons for my fat fingers!
A few years ago I went almost exclusively to Anker power stuff (blocks, cables, even power strips at home) to get consistency with quality. Sales, deals, prime days have helped lessen the cost, but I believe quality makes for the value.

I love the size of the words! It helps me read all of the information better. But this low voltage error is killing me!

The secret is to use a higher voltage from the 5V power supply. Measure the voltage from all 5V supplies you have and use the one with the highest voltage, more than 5,2V and preferable as high as 5,5V
I have one that give out 5,4V and all my cables work but using a 5,0V supply will only allow one cable to not give a low bus voltage warning.

Thanks, Ubbe. I'm using wall blocks for cellphones, is there something else you suggest?

No, just check their voltage. I have maybe 5 different single, dual and 4-port USB wall chargers and the 4-port one had the highest voltage that never triggered low bus voltage but others where lower and even down to 4,9V. I have a 10 or 12 port USB power supply and its internal power supply broke down so I bought an external one, it's a 12A one, and that too had a higher voltage close to 5,4V so no more low bus voltage from that.
