Help with programming pro 106 digital trunking

Hello, I'm in need of help in setting up my scanner. I have a pro-106 and having issues in getting it programmed with the talk groups and scan list. I spent about 3 weeks trying to get it going and it won't work. I used RR and still no luck. The only way I can listen to something is if I input the frequency but when someone's talking I don't know what agency is talking. If someone can help me out maybe with a phone call or if anyone lives near San Diego please teach out. Thanks!

You might want to try posting in the California Forum. There might be someone nearby that could help you with the programming. I use the programming software PSRedit 500 for my Pro-106.
