Icom: Icom Ic 7300 Multi knob defect - Needs Replacement

The Multi Function Knob in my Icom Ic 7300 is malfunction and needs to change. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Any Part number. The problem is that while I am increasing or decreasing Power rate in % it runs fast say I want 70% but all of a sudden it stops at 90%.
Please can you help me. Thanks

Dear friend,
I have the same problem after 2 years of use. Since I have no problems with the soldering iron, I would be interested in finding a shop to buy only the Multifunction Control and replace it without relying on the official Icom assistance.
