Has anyone actually confirmed that 264 and 448 are interconnected? Do we have evidence of such based on neighbor lists showing the two system ID's referencing each other?
They seem to be today. On two PC's and a laptop, I am seeing a change in NL's. Monitoring L264-17 this morning on my laptop the only neighbor I got was L44-4 Horseheads. Had to go to Sayre and took the laptop with me, got the same thing. Tried L264-4 which showed the same thing. When I went back home I tried L448-4 which showed L264-4 and L264-5 as neighbors, but not L448-2.
Examples:

In fact, I haven't gotten NL's from L264 for some time. And most of what I hear on L448-4 appears to be simulcast from L264. For instance, L264 TG 191 Fracking NC PA is TG 173 on L448-4. Maybe they're in transition.
