I was researching another system and thought I'd take a look at L264-2 as well as there are questions about it in the spreadsheet.

Here are some of the channels:

And the NL:

The CC is in the DB but not much else. Also, I was listening to it with my scanner while acquiring this data.

Since I am the one who had the doubt / questioned the location, thanks for sleuthing it and confirming that it is Tunkhannock. Nice job!

I may get to Montrose as well. There are three licenses listed for L264-2. I have confirmed voice frequencies for at least two of them. I haven't had time yet to see what I recorded today. The plan is to acquire voice channels for all three licenses before making a submission. But I want to get to L264-25 first. I have most of it put together but I want to see if I can get any more voice channels.

Has anyone actually confirmed that 264 and 448 are interconnected? Do we have evidence of such based on neighbor lists showing the two system ID's referencing each other?

They seem to be today. On two PC's and a laptop, I am seeing a change in NL's. Monitoring L264-17 this morning on my laptop the only neighbor I got was L44-4 Horseheads. Had to go to Sayre and took the laptop with me, got the same thing. Tried L264-4 which showed the same thing. When I went back home I tried L448-4 which showed L264-4 and L264-5 as neighbors, but not L448-2.

Examples:

2023/04/29 12:09:12 Freq=451.750000 RAN=17 Current site: L264-17 Sayre
2023/04/29 12:13:44 Freq=451.750000 RAN=17 L264-17 neighbor: Site L448-4; CC=485 461.05 Industrial Electronics (448) Horseheads

2023/04/29 12:25:21 Freq=461.937500 RAN=5 Current site: L264-5 Millerton
2023/04/29 12:26:49 Freq=461.937500 RAN=5 L264-5 neighbor: Site L448-4; CC=485 461.0500 Industrial Electronics (448) Horseheads

2023/04/29 12:34:57 Freq=461.050000 RAN=4 Current site: L448-4 Horseheads
2023/04/29 12:35:36 Freq=461.050000 RAN=4 L448-4 neighbor: Site L264-4; CC=182 452.2625 Industrial Electronics (264) Monroeton
2023/04/29 12:35:36 Freq=461.050000 RAN=4 L448-4 neighbor: Site L264-5; CC=556 461.9375 Industrial Electronics (264) Millerton

In fact, I haven't gotten NL's from L264 for some time. And most of what I hear on L448-4 appears to be simulcast from L264. For instance, L264 TG 191 Fracking NC PA is TG 173 on L448-4. Maybe they're in transition.

L264-25 (Little Marsh) is now showing L448-4 as a neighbor. So as of now four L264 sites are showing L448-4 as a neighbor. Sites 4,5,17, and 25. L448-4 however, is only showing L264 sites 4 and 5, with a couple of these --. They are apparently still working on it.

L264-4 Monroeton has dropped neighbors 21,24, and 25 and has added L448-4 Horseheads.

The other site lists are still incomplete. Additionally, there was talk of dropping site 14 out in the Poconos.

There are a couple of sites that are deleting the 20K0F3E Emissions Designator. WPNQ445 and WPNQ493. There are a couple more that are adding Designator 8K30F1E and 8K30F1D.

WPNZ408 Chulsky
WPMW797 Mehoopany
WPNQ536 Troy

I don't think it is likely that Troy will be added as a site. They seem to be having coverage issues and I think that is why L448-4 has been adding more of the L264 Groups. I suppose that Troy could simulcast some of the other sites sans RAN.

There is a note in the Spreadsheet as to whether or not L264-8 is Avis or Williamsport. Maybe this will clear that up.

Updated L264-8 NL:

In addition, most of these sites are now limited to 4 neighbors. As you can see, this only has three. There is another that has five.

I'm guessing the CC for Site 8 is still 451.575?

And if you happen to monitor any sites and you see ch ids in use in the Channel Activity window other than the CC, and those channels aren't listed in the database, please share the info. I have no idea how active or inactive these sites are, but I'm betting that watching some of them for activity is like waiting for paint to dry.

As a rule, when I'm using my laptop and I discover a new site I usually take at least one screenshot. When I discovered L448-9 I got four channels but not having anything in my frequencies file. After going home, adding the frequencies, and returning I only got two. One was the CC and the other a voice. Yesterday I got another channel and a couple of TG's but forgot to get a screenshot. I also should of checked L264-9 for an NL which was either absent or incomplete last time I checked.

Yesterday was the first time I got any voice activity on L264-8. Here is the Channel Activity portion of my screenshot:

These all match what is already in the DB. I also find these screenshots helpful in making a submission.

They definitely are helpful. Thanks for sharing. Of course, it sure would be great if screenshots were allowed in submissions!
