Mine is sitting at the hub all weekend got there at 09:30 Today Owell it will give me something to do Monday
Must be nice lol. I preordered mine from HRO a while back and haven't heard anything.
I went against what I said and stay away from EBAY and this seller "commandcommunications " said if I buy yesterday it would ship the same day and I would have it on Saturday from Texas. Lied big time and tried to say it was shipped yesterday but the shipping label was created last night and picked up today. Most likely I will just refuse the shipping due to the pure fact that "somebody gave me their word" and failed. They can pay for the shipping to me and then when I refuse it they can pay for the shipping back to them. Kind of dis-appointed but at least
Ham Station said what they were going to do even though it will be here next Tuesday and I am okay with it since Jeff is a cool guy and promised it would be shipped yesterday and did and got a UPS Ground Tracking #. Thanks Jeff

If you want to be first your best bet is Ham Station. For whatever reason they seem to get theirs to the customer before anyone else. And for whatever reason I always forget this when a new scanner hits the streets lol.
I'm in Canada and tried to pre-order from Universal Radio but they refused my business. They said that they can't sell a cellularblocked-radio to Canadians, only unblocked (isn't it the other way around - no unblocked radios allowed in US?). I've bought lots of things from them in the past so I was a bit surprised. Since then I've been waiting for the SDS200 to show up on Amazon.com or Radioworld.ca, but no such luck. So I bit the bullet today and ordered from Scanner Master. We'll see what happens. My latest scanner is only a BCD396T and my latest base unit a BC796D, so I'm really looking forward to a big upgrade with all the Phase II, DMR & NXDN around here these days.

May want to rethink that....ordered Thurs around noon from Zip and have yet to see it shipped/tracking email. Showed in stock and shipped same day if ordered by 1pm cst. I presumed it would been shipped Thurs USPS but nothing yet. . Yes I did contact them and they are working on it. Not really a big deal at this time, I presume I'll see it sometime next week.

We learn a lot from each other In these forums, and if there is one thing we do remember, is who the dealers are that get the most complaints, those who are disreputable, and those who get the most negative reviews. Personally, I would drive to the nearest retail outlet, however far, and buy there than to buy from zipscanners. MHO only...of course, there are those who say they have had a positive experience with them, and others who say otherwise. Too many otherwise for me to ever consider them.

Originally had a delivery date of Tuesday. Just got a email from UPS rescheduled to Monday. I have a hold on it to pick it up at the local UPS depot they open at 10:00 AM. Guess where I will be at 10:00 AM Monday?
Yup my radio got shipped from Dallas too from Ham Station. The EBAY SDS200 got shipped from Carrollton TX I believe. O well just thought I would throw it out there. I can't believe people are already using their radios and received them. They probably paid for overnight shipping
I am a firm believer in Ham Station. This go around I did not even have to ask for a shipping tracking number. Jeff just made it happen and emailed it since he knows that people want their radios and its important to ship ASAP. That's when you know the guy cares about his customers.
I agree. I only buy from Hamstation.
I believe Jeff was only offering UPS ground. The reason some have it already is because they live closer to the shipping location in Texas.
