Introducing the SDS200

I sold my sds100 to buy the sds200 because i use my g4 for handheld use and was only using sds100 for a base. But i will give it a few months.

Anyone know the difference between the sds100 and sds200 start up? 200 never gives the option to choose between serial port and program. Have the micro usb plugged into the back.

I *think* I will be doing the same (eventually.) The limiting factor is my G5's inability to receive my local SmartZone system, and others in my metro area. Next year, more systems will be converting to P25 which will allow me to actually make the transition. I really like the size of the Unication radios, and I really don't need a scanning function, but it's simply not as flexible as a wideband scanner like the SDS100.

I had the same answer when I called twice. I ordered mine in Jan.

Just got an email from HRO saying shipping label was created, I live <5 miles from the Woodbridge store so delivery scheduled for tomorrow. Ordered on Jan 25th. I hope you have the same luck!

Hello,

Try the micro-USB on the front. The one in the back maybe the same as the micro-USB on the SDS-100 and connect to the DSP.

I took the scanner out of the box in my car used the factory lighter plug my antenna and the GPS unit set date and time and was scanning no other input by me 90 seconds tops

I saw on the wiki page it comes with a wall brick, and i seen on the back of the scanner it has a plug for ac or cig plug. I’m going to be using it for home use, so that why i was asking, like already said, need a unboxing video.

AC and cig plug are the same at the radio. It comes with a 120v adapter and I think the three wire auto cord.
