3,851 RID's for my Starcom file...have to update now (284 edits in the past 24 hours) so I might be awhile
Troop 3 appears to be following the new channel/talkgroup structure that was previously posted. Up until the oncoming 1st watch at 2100 Hrs., the "old" DC-B (North was being used). I have been hearing all the Kennedy & Edens involved crashes on the "new" Troop-3 North (old D2-A) In addition, S-7 is being patrolled on Troop-3 South:
D5 9 – I-55 north of I-80 to I-355
D5 8 – I-80 east of I-55 to Harlem

D5 7/10 – I-80 west of I-55 to County Line…I-55 south of I-80 to County Line
D5 9 – I-55 north of I-80 to I-355
D5 8 – I-80 east of I-55 to Harlem

Collinsville Dist. 11 is now using

Not upset at all, many seem to be on top of Troop 8 down there. But...I do have a question maybe you or anyone else can answer. Is Troop 8 using the "A/B" designation on their channels, or "Primary/Secondary" designations that was previously reported? From my location and the programmed sites "Cook/DuPage", (Districts/Troops) frequently affiliate with our sites up here. I have all the Troops programmed in ID Scan mode, and just trying to verify, thanks and Happy New Year!

Forensic Service (F-Frank Units), Secretary of State (x-J-John-xx), and Department of Natural Resource Units (x-F-Frank-xx) units are retaining their call signs at this time.
DC-B (Old District-Chicago North 9006), was used by the State Fire Marshal (DA (David-Adam-5), and was answered by Chicago (don't call them District-Chicago).
Troop 3 has retained the Priority/ISPERN and Car-to-Car channels/talkgroups that were previously used.
Still some confusion, old habits going on as expected, but I'm sure they'll get the hang of it.

The formerly known 2-2 is now 3-4, so it would appear the higher up you are, the less numbers you have to remember
Posted in the new SC21 thread too but hearing T4 using 13002, T5 using 13000, T6 using 13004, T7 using 13007, all as expected. Haven't seen any other talkgroup usage than that on site 229.

Just started monitoring today in Troop 8, and won't be as much traffic on a Sunday.
But yesterday, the dispatcher told a unit to use "11A", and told another unit that their assignment was "55 talkgroup TG A". Not sure if that means along I-55 or not. A former district 18 unit was told "North Patrol" while using the old18A (which D18 would be the northern section of Troop 8.

Sounds like the radios might not be programmed for Troop 8 talkgroup zone since they're using the older District channel structure.

Currently a shooting in State Park (village southwest of Collinsville). 11A secured for incident. Others moved to 11B for dispatch.

Ive been hearing the new 6-## Identifiers in the Springfield area with the occasional slip up of 9-##
Also the former District 20 cars are still using 20-## Identifiers on 13004. have not heard any traffic as of yet on 13011
