Any riot in Lexington last night with the "win" over U of L? I saw the goalposts go down with three minutes of the win.
The riot was trying to get thru the parking lot to the cars, running the gauntlet, as it were.... like the poor drunk pulling the blue cooler on wheels behind him who tossed something at the windshield of a couple of UK Parking Enforcement Officers as they were patrolling in their golf cart.... he ran away when she started talking on her radio...

Also, with the reprogramming of the radios, did they add or delete talk groups. This would have been an ideal time to do it. And I was wondering if there were any special talk groups in use last night.
I monitored a few new talk groups (working on specific IDs for them--seemed to be already assigned but previously unused UK agency talk groups, UK Med Center; Building Security, etc), generally, the tried-and-true patches (populated by law enforcement and security--including the rookie who announced to the world, "In fifteen minutes there will be parachuters[sic] landing in the stadium, just don't want anyone to worry!") were in place with the usual transportation and other talk groups active. Seems all of the "old" system talk groups have migrated to the "new" system...
There is something going on with Virtual Site 3... one freq isn't used in the LCN (currently position #4) and there is no traffic on LCN #1 while the other freqs are wall-to-wall with talk.... Both VS #1 and VS #4 are status quo, normal traffic and very busy last night for the game (I can't monitor VS #4 from the house but hear #1 and #3 very well).

UK fans are weird, taking sod home to remember the win.
With the watering restrictions in place because of the drought, it is probably the only green grass in the area...

It will probably be a long time before another win; UL needs a new coach.
Win or lose, any UK Sports activity is a good time to monitor the goings-on with the TRS and ancillary systems associated with UK Sports.... someday I might volunteer for an inside or near the arena job so I can monitor the close-in comms....
