Looking at your area, based on zip code, there are no noticeable public safety agencies using DMR, other than the jail in a nearby county. There are a number of business users, such as the Children's Hospital & the Goodyear plant in Akron. Several of the school districts are using NXDN or DMR, and there's a couple of DMR systems used by various companies and non-public safety agencies. That's only what is in the database. There could be more that never were submitted to the database, and of course one or more entities might, at some point, switch to DMR. Whether any of those shown interest you is your call. The

licensed to use DMR (or NXDN), but that is no guarantee that they are currently using that mode, only that they have a license to do so.
