For what's worth, I think adding the new system back made things worse. The old system is still up in a way, so it's good it's listed again, but the TGIDs have changed, and some frequencies were moved to the new Harris system. Have people tried loading the old system back in their scanners and got it to work? My only capable scanner is tied up on the FD feed, so I don't have anything to experiment with, but I suspect it will not, not well at least.
So either way, for anybody who cares, this is what I believe is correct right now. The overall idea is that the new Harris system will be the new Public Safety system. Fire got all new Harris subscriber radios and has already moved; the Sheriff's office needed to keep some old Motorola's that have turned out to have compatibility issues w/ the Harris system, so their move has been postponed.
I would propose we deprecate the old old system (
Macon-Bibb County Public Safety (Motorola) Trunking System, Macon, Georgia - Scanner Frequencies). It doesn't really exist anymore in the form in which it's listed right now. Create a new Macon-Bibb City Services system with the correct frequencies below. Last, update the new system (
Central Georgia Interoperable Regional Radio System Trunking System, Various, Georgia - Scanner Frequencies) with the correct talkgroups.
Macon-Bibb City Services (remnants of old system) - SO is still here until Moto/Harris compatibility problem is fixed.

As for the other talkgroups listed under the old system, I don't know about them.
NEW System:
Macon-Bibb Public Safety, or "Central Georgia Interoperable Regional Radio System" if you wish. According to a recent Telegraph article, Macon-Bibb and Monroe County have signed an MOA to allow Monroe to start using the system, but nobody is currently doing so. Also, I've heard unofficially that they plan to try Phase II at some point.
