I use an Airspy Mini running SDR Trunk for monitoring FiRST voice in my office. Another SDR running Unitrunker logs the data. I only use physical radios when out in the field where portability matters, aka using different vehicles.

Interesting … I always thought TOC and SOC were all at the same place. I heard TOC7 talking to SOC this morning on TG7292. Apparently the phone lines are down so they are using the radios.

I think MDE is located at the Mongomery Park Building at Washington Blvd and Monroe Street in Southwest Baltimore. The State used an the old Mongomery Ward's warehouse into an office building. The Maryland Lottery is also there.
MDE was in my area on Monday for a rolled over oil truck, but didn't listen for any radio traffic. The came to the scene with lights and sirens. Maybe on Baltimore Country.

MDE ERD Ops 4 is active when there are calls they are responding to around the state. I hear them on the Baltimore Site everyday. The MJOC often communicates to units on MDE ERD OPS 4 about calls they need to respond too.
MDE ERD have the capability to listen/communicate on local radio systems throughout the state. I have previously heard them communicate on the Anne Arundel County 800mhz system.

Here is another - on Lamb Knoll and Gambrill sites - TG 7853 - MCP BaltOps, been going for a long while now
Well i went back and entered that TG into my Harris Radio so I can now monitor it along with my other TG's that I monitor. Mostly I am listing to Monkey aka Montgomery and EMRC with D3 from state Hwy thrown in as well. I can also pick up the Bay Bridge which is about a 45 min to 50 minutes travel time when I am on the Annapolis Tower. I aimed my Yagi antenna that direction and sometimes I can also pick up Queen Ann's county as well.

Also TG 7640 has been on for a while. I was told this was with the flow of MSP Troopers, meaning it sticks with them wherever they fly. I haven’t heard any fly outs lately. Maybe training ? Or just flying around.
Ahh that is one of the hidden TG or at least its not listed in the DB here on RR. However I went ahead and programmed it under MSP as I noticed that jump and thought their is a reason they did not list it.

It’s SYSCOM, why wouldn’t they (RR) list it ? I’ve been listening to it for a while now. “SYSCOM to Trooper 1” ect. I actually thought this was listed.
