I live in Muskegon County and I always have trouble with ProMed talkgroups on MPSCS / Muskegon County Simulcast. I listen with multiple different scanners and SDR software and ProMed talkgroups are the only ones with issues. I ruled out nearly all factors that are on my end, but the issue still persists. The issue is that ALL ProMed talkgroups start off with sync loss errors on SDRTrunk, and even on other programs / scanners the beginning of the transmission is always problematic.

It is not my setup that is the issue. I've looked through all of the logs in depth and all other traffic / talkgroups on that exact frequency are PERFECT! But just not promed....

1330est: 273.250, A/A with the A-10's, met up with a KC135 tanker, HUSKR16, they were looking to get 16k off him
1340est: 261.2, Grayling secondary, 3 A-10's. TOXIC 11, 12, 13, AND 69 all talking to CHAOS (Steelgate control)

Heads up, Exercise Eastern Nexus 23 is taking place at Alpena and Selfridge this week. 127th Wing posted on Facebook that C-17's, C-5's, KC-46's and C-130's could possibly drop into either one of those bases this week. UHAUL61(C-5M) Heavy has visited both Alpena and Selfridge today, Took off out of Alpena around 1100 and landed at Selfridge around 1140am, they were looking to depart around 1200-1215 back to Alpena.
