Twas PLINK38, INLAW39, YALE31, PILL33, and LENT32.

Where are you guys seeing AE5225? It was AE5224 which was PLINK38. Single transponder for all of them.
Out and about this morning, had a visual of an E2 going around at MRB, the radome made that an easy identification, engine/prop sound was similar to an C30J so guessing a new model which don't recall what that is, sorry guys no radios with me, visual at 10:55 local

That was BEAR41. BEAR42 was over at KCRW today. Yesterday BEAR42 was at KMRB.

There has been a T-38 out of Langley using the KINGFISH01 callsign lately.

An RC-135 was once again working over NC coast. BREAD11 Yesterday's RC-135s were BUBBA11 and 12.

Concerning frequency discrepancies

I have listed the following

257.875:

# 257.875 Potomac App/Dep LURAY (118.675) OLD--> * Changed to 323.175
257.875 Dover AFB DE Approach/Departure
323.175 Potomac TRACON (Paired with 118.675)

is this still current or is 257.875 still used as Potomac App/Dep?

Also have 288.350 as listed below

# OLD 288.350 Washington ARTCC Gambrill MD RCAG Binns Sector
288.350 Potomac TRACON - Approach (Paired with 133.0)

Are these accurate or do I need to change?

Rgr that no guarantee they get anything to replace the A-10's. Indiana ANG is trading in their A-10's for F-16's but they had them previously.
Maryland getting less over the years. Andrews used to have Naval Reserve squadrons of F'18's and Growlers but long gone now.
Martin State had C-130's then lost them and temp got C-27J's before the USAF sold them off.
Pax River NAS will always be there though..
Hopefully not another drone squadron to replace the A-10's. Fingers crossed they get something :)
I will put my vote in for F16s.

The FAA's FRQ_CSV file shows the only use of 257.875 east of the Mississippi River is primary for approach & departure at Dover AFB RAPCON.

For 323.175, the same file shows it is the FRDMM STAR, NUMMY STAR, TRUPS STAR at PCT Potomac TRACON for Andrews, Davison at Fort Belvoir, and DCA.

288.35 shows as HYPER STAR at PCT for CJR (Culpeper), EZF (Shannon at Fredericksburg), FRR (Front Royal), HEF (Manassas), HWY (Warrenton), JYO (Leesburg), MRB (Martinsburg), NYG (Quantico), OKV (Winchester), RMN (Stafford), plus the DELRO, HYPER, LEGGO, MAPEL, PRIVO, & SELINSGROVE STARs for IAD (Dulles).

Looks like you are on the money with these, but also it may seem that the most up-to-date frequencies can be pulled from SkyVector. Just below the identifier bar on the right side you will see the "Official FAA Data Effective yyyy-mm-dd hhmmZ"

for these below it was yesterday at 0901Z
