There is a KC-10 RCH-085 passing thru from Fort Worth.. Maybe foreign F-35 delivery.
Yeah they are almost weekly flights to Dover from them..
Dover has the aerial port goodies for them and Israel though rarely at the same time

BOXER23, the C-40 0202, looks to be on his way back to Andrews after a number of approaches to KILG in the 2pm EDT time frame. Here he is heading toward my house while setting up his final pass. Thanks to vgames15 for alerting me a visitor was in the New Castle skies.

Six C-17 Globemaster III aircraft from Air Mobility Command’s 62nd Airlift Wing based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., and three C-130 Hercules aircraft from the Air Force Reserve Command’s 403rd Wing based at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss, will support DEFENDER 23.
