Finally had time to put together an ATC audio file of the COSMIC (or is it KOSMIC) scamble out of KACY to intercept N611VG. It starts with the departure and is continuos up to the handoff to 285.450. The recording changes frequency after both aircraft have been handed off, indicated by the beep.

COSMIC 02 departs first followed a few minutes later by COSMIC 01 operating as single ships. There is some confusion as both flights and controllers seem to mix up the callsigns on numerous occasions. Plus a few other issues arise.

And this was before all the real action on 285.450 which again unfortunately the LiveATC archives did not record. For some reason the archives with the controller on 126.875 and 132.275 (both combined with 285.45) was truncated and missed everything. Some sort of LiveATC glitch.

See my above post. Seems there was a Alert Scramble near DC area. and Atlantic City F-16 COSMIC said he did
go supersonic over the Bay. Not sure if this was exercise or real deal. Sounded real to me :)
Last heard they are still holding with Guard Dog on 350.250 but real weak coms here.
Mark is there any stream of the huntress command clearing the operation archieved? Im putting togehter a supercut of the audio from this and i have a lot of atc audio but missing the supersonic clearance and any operational radio.

I didn't record any coms or know of anyone else who did.. Thought it was an exercise/drill so didn't bother.
Airscan above has nice ATC recording. Sad ending for that aircraft and folks aboard :(

Yeah the Scottish spotters having a A-10 Field Day over there.. Vid of the Idaho A-10's yesterday.
Maybe today was mix of Michigan and Maryland A-10's I'm sure we will see them later. Note extended range center line fuel tanks.
You can just hear the cameras clicking in background yesterday.. Party time on the Prestwick flightline :)

Seems 6 Maryland and 6 Michigan A-10's made Prestwick yesterday.. No good vids yet.

Anyone have any info why all the SAM flts to/from Teterboro?

Walking the dog about 9:30 I had a C-37 come in very low over our heads into New Castle. I saw it circling around about 15 minutes later, so perhaps doing approach practice here? Sorry I did not get flight details - didn't have my phone with me, but wondering if it was one of the Teterboro aircraft?

C-37 was 20-1941flying as Venus 71. Did two approaches to ILG then went back to ADW

Great find with TCAS RAs, may I ask which LiveATC feed you found this on? The
ZDC19 Woodstown & ZDC53 Kenton Sector feeds have been down for awhile now.
