Yep, I guess they were sleeping in, hence the late start. Haven't seen him dragging anything yet. That other plane in your screen shot is a Navy C-40 that flew into PHL. Got a couple of very distant shots...

RCH-119 #94-6707 was RCH-243 off of Scotland..
Both were or are from the 165th AW Savannah but article says they are ditching their C-130H's for J models.

RCH-3206 on 258.000 calling "FLAM-13 flight" reporting on time for IP at 0230z.. New freq for me..
FLAM-13 KC-135 holding at Nantuckett and here comes FLAM-14 out of Pease.
Boston Ctr asked FLAM-13 will you be holding there and FLAM after long pause says. "we will let you know"
