0900- Lot of discussion between Banker 51 & Huntress (260.9) on moving CAP due to incoming wx. Probably moving CAP to Reading area to buy some time before wx hits. Noble 21 inbound to CAP. Coordinating hand off w/Noble 11. Noble 21 advises Noble 11 to use an eastern route, towards Langley, on RTB. Noble 21 flt came in that way. Worked ZDC Cape Charles (293.225) to ZDC Smyrna (354.15)

0944 local - Over King of Prussia, PA just heard loud fighter sounds from up high heading N/NE. Too much cloud cover to see anything, but it appears BANKER51 is tracking up this direction as well, must be NOBLE21?
Looks like they moved to the Wilmington CAP course due to wx.

At 3:10 PM ET, the Vice President will travel to Wilmington, Delaware for a campaign engagement.
Looks like 09-0017 went in a big circle through PA and back to ADW. Maybe a maintenance run?

I was following that as well. At first I was wondering if it was the VP arriving at KILG early, but when it stayed in the 20K altitude range I realized that was not the case. Will be interesting to see if this is the same aircraft she does use this afternoon.
09-0017 is not a Vice Presidential aircraft, it is in the presidential stable.

I did not know that. I always assumed the C-32s were available to each of them as needed as a shared custody arrangement - didn't know specific aircraft were assigned to the president and vice president (other than the VC-25s).
09-0015, 0016, 0017, 0018, as well as the two VC-25s are all assigned for presidential use, they are not used by other government officials, nor the First Lady, absent POTUS being aboard, except under very limited exceptional circumstances.
I see Milwaukee F-35 had their own NORAD intercept 4 days ago.. Looks like the F-35 put gear down
