F-18s from Oceana would check in on 253.200 or 355.100 both discrete freqs and (its been many years) one of those was button 10 and the other button 11. 253.200 and 355.100 were very active back then. I have now Idea if they were in W-386 or W-72.
Last time I checked 253.200 (B11) and 355.100 (B10) are still being used in W-72 as common frequencies in the TACTS airspace. Attached are my notes from what I have so far for W-72 and W-386. Any updates or corrections appreciated.

Omega Air Refueling has a DC-10 at PSM right now. Departed around 3:40PM and flew up to the Adirondack MOAs. It has no boom, but a drogue system. Maybe Marine Corps/USN aircraft are working up there?
those upstate NY ranges are booked solid thru 0400z Friday night or Sat am in Z times
Checking the LiveATC archives from yesterday and heard one of the Tankers and some of the VT F-35s mention the name of the exercise as being called Jaded Thunder. It seems to be a regular occurance using various locations. ZBW was asking a Tanker about the F-18s in the airspace but I did not hear them working any. I'm guessing the F-18s are staging out of Wheeler-Sack and transitioning from GTB approach directly into the airspace bypassing ZBW (LiveATC).

The War Zone - Jaded Thunder Exercise

Looks like it might be running until September 21st.

Thanks. Do you know if these other frequencies can be differentied to specifc area or function. Like entry/exit control vs common A-A TAC vs Flight Testing sort of thing ? Or does it sound like they are all used interchangeably for the same thing/area ?
Echo 268.85 was used recently by AR testing w/German AF A-400 & various PAX acft.
Bay Watch 310.55 used as spare/overflow freq
Bay Watch 119.275 used by Civil Air Patrol acft during Falcon Virgo exercises. Also used by various acft who apparently don't have UHF capability.

I've been hearing WARLOCKs on 140.175 (AM) on occasion. For example: WARLOCK working JIGSAW but only heard WARLOCK side.
I have this frequency listed as 119th FS NJ ANG F-16.

Only have one listing for them: 337.900 VXS-1 Researcher Ops, NAS Patuxent River, MD

Any other VXS-1 freqs?

WARLOCK-1 (P-3C-III #158570) departed KNHK headed NE. Last seen near Harpswell, Maine descending at 2,975 feet. squawking 1200 (VFR)

not sure what this is - AE614B ?
A website I use for hex code searching shows it's a AV-8B... not sure how accurate that is though. It's currently doing something with Omega up there. Anyone have any ideas on what the unidentified hex is and what they're up to?
BE30 N356ER
Same for this, it's been circling different areas up in the Adirondacks the past couple days. Anyone have any ideas on what they're up to?

OT: That Space X Polaris flight return/splashdown overnight this early Sunday AM 0730z-1000z roughly into Gulf Coast areas off Florida.
At least 5 possible sites showing on Notam Res areas. Reason being that in case of local bad wx you need alternate sites
as capsule/ship must return due to capsule oxygen limits. No room for any extra orbits for them.
