Odd unknown mode s (AE5228) departed Cannon AFB New Mexico now headed towards Newfoundland.
Speed 330 knots and at 21k altitude.. Guess MC-130J type perhaps headed for CYYT.
Several KC-135's just departed Mildenhall UK tonight seem SW bound towards Lajes.

I believe they’re meeting 2x C-17s that left CONUS earlier today. EDDIE98,99 went pretty far offshore and met with at least 1x C-17 that was pinging for a short while.

Weird stuff overnight too as last night Grissom tankers MASH-92,93 0500z came East out over the Atlantic towards Lajes then seen again
rtb off the East coast at 0830z with MASH-92 an hour behind.. Navy related?

As far as I know, MASH91,92 were also working with a C-17 heading east RCH670 (who never showed up on any tracking sites). Definitely something interesting going on.
Could be 62AW C-17's carrying NATO extra haz cargo
. They avoid traveling over land allies on way in and out of Europe.Gibraltar is favorite transition point thru the Med.

Tail swap for GOLD11. KC-135 (58-0120) over central PA headed for Pease at 2038 local.Uh-oh.. GOLD-11 did U-turn dropping down and seems headed back
