Didn't catch any callsigns but Langley F-22s flight of 4 checking in with Giant Killer on 238.1 and Trixy46 KC-46 also checking in going to 238.9. Just heard more F-22s taking off, so could be a busy night for them.
Got a flight of two A/A 227.200 71st FS Langley.. Working down lower at FL-18k.
Callsign sounds like RASTER.I think that freq is old Tyndall freq for F-22's. Also some occasional A/A 298.800

RCH-4559 C-17 #02-1108 inbound Andrews from Paris.. Guess USSS lefovers. 4 pallets,16 pax req customs/lav etc.

For the DC area guys.

New DC area fly-by freq?

This was posted on another list.

I found this 148.5875 freq in an NTIA unclassified document. It does not specify AM or FM . I don't have information of when there are fly overs in the DC area, however, this may be a freq to keep an ear on during fly over times. The coordinates shown 38-55-00N 077-00-00W may be the transmitter location.

OT and I've never flown any defensive aircraft beyond a Cessna 172, but I know that we have air defense capabilities and AWACs that can track a mosquito landing on the nose of a terrorist in Syria and keep track of lots of targets at the same time. Makes it difficult for anyone to convince me that we can have multiple drones the size of small cars flying over New Jersey and be unable to determine where they're coming from and landing.

Actually the emission type is specified: 11K0F3E = NFM.

11K0F3E Narrowband frequency modulated analog voice, considered by the FCC to be identical to 11K2F3E.

11K2F3E Frequency modulated (FM) 2.5 kHz deviation analog voice,
"narrowband 12.5 kHz" (FMN mode in RadioReference.com Database)
- may also be 11K0 and 11K3 bandwidth in the United States, may also be 10K1 or 12K5 bandwidth in Australia or Canada.

11K0F3E--

Bandwidth: 11.0 kHz

Modulation Type: [F] Angle-modulated, straight FM

Modulation Nature: [3] Single analog channel

Information Type: [E] Telephony, voice, sound broadcasting

Modulation Type Notes: F3E FM speech communication – often used for marine radio and many other VHF communications

The Emissions Designator 11K0F3E signifies a wireless radio which transfers data over a modulated wave using Single analog channel signal. This signal transmits at a 11.0 kHz [11K0] maximum bandwidth . bandwith does not indicate frequency of the signal. Emissions Designators describe the type of signal only.

GRIMM21, B-52 Stratofortress, reg. 60-0029 "Warriors beyond the Horizon", 23rd BS, 5th BW, Minot AFB, ND. This BUFF is currently assigned to the 69th EBS and the 69th EBS is currently assigned/deployed to the 379th AEW, at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. This BUFF went winchester striking terror camps on Dec. 8th 24, together with A-10 Warthogs (3 squadrons) and F-15E's from two squadrons. One winchester bomb sticker was applied under the nose art after the bombing mission, after it returned to base.

Going winchester means a fighter aircraft, drone, helicopter, or bomber expands all munitions and returns to base "empty". I do not know if that includes bullets aswell. I know that aircrews say "we are dry" when there are no bullets left (AH-64's, A-10's, F-15's, F-16's, F/A-18's and other fighter acft.)

I got videos of drones too! ;)

I like the drone at aroud 4:25 into the video. Nice picture of the lights shining on the tail of the aircraft.

I really wish some folks - not everyone - would look at flight web sites to make sure what they are seeing is not an aircraft.

Saw another post today of a drone with two contrails. Not much of a drone with two contrails.

Did anyone happen to catch this flight? It may have been from TX or out of the area...

On December 9, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), conducted the fourth large-frame charter removal flight in less than six months to the People’s Republic of China (PRC) of Chinese nationals with no lawful basis to remain in the United States.

I trimmed that clip short because it eventually was showing that it was really obviously a tail with an American flag type design. I'm waiting to get comments on the video believing that these are drones before I post up a full clip.

The thing is that these idiots think the lights they are seeing are close by and/or low altitude. Some of what I showed are over 30 miles away, south of Manassas at 3-5000ft. Others are 20+ miles to west on the west side of the ridge in western Loudoun Co. So on a flight tracking site they'll be looking for something nearby and of course don't find anything.

Yeah I don't know about charter flights unless they count C-17's as charters.
See a lot of Asian trips for US C-17's using REPAT ## callsign all Hawaiian and California based ANG C-17's and occasional Japan based US
C-130J,s
Southbound deportees usually go with Civ charters out of Alexandria Intl Airport Ice or as they call it IAO Operations base.
That airport gonna get busier next year.

I think everyone is a little drone crazy right now. I hear people claiming they see dozens of drones every night in my town. While me, an aircraft enthusiast always looking and tracking, never see anything unusual. Either I'm blind or these people are actually seeing lights from normal aircraft. Just like a few weeks ago when dozens were mistaking C-130s for "large car sized drones".
