In reference to above vid link..
Saw this vid a while back discussing numbered low altitude Police zones around DC.
If you forward to 1 minute in on vid they show the map of the various low altitude zones in case you are wondering where zone 3 and zone 2 are located.
As you can see Zone 3 is just West/NW of Andrews AFB up to Anacostia River.. Probably why Andrews tower folks spotted them first in P-6 link.

Here come the two Andrews BOXERs on way home from Luxembourg.
Guess Pelosi will recoup a while over there though some say hip replacements are not so bad
that they get folks back up on their feet fast as they can.. That still has to smart a bit though.

That one has been there for awhile. If you go back in the thread a few months you will find it mentioned. Initially there was just one - then two - then the one you are mentioning - then a third one off the coast appeared. I communicated with the FAA in Atlantic City about it last year via email. Obviously they knew nothing about it - which means I should mind my own business. I presume they are using to testing just like the tower that shows in your area every once in awhile. Its not active now but will take a snap when active.

I certainly don't expect someone to say 'yes'. Just someone claims to have seen a pair heading SSE to the Atlantic. Probably around the time the F-16s cleared from the flyover.

nothing on Giantkiller - could have been the NJ F16s since they split up into flights of two for RTB
