My BCD396XT

Recently and I don't know how my scanner on the third line of the display quit showing me exactly what section of that particular agency was transmitting. For instance the second line will show charleston county and right underneath it shows a four digit id number and that's it. It doesn't do this for all of my scanning a lot of the channels still show me what's what. Any ideas? Thanks for your time and yes I'm a newbie

Toggle between the display modes by HOLDing on a channel or talkgroup, then pressing Func then 6. Resume scanning by pressing HOLD.

I tried the function 6 move but to no avail.

I tried the function 6 move but it did not work. By the way to any mods out there I screwed up the reply deal and set it up as a new thread. Sorry you may disregard that
