Hi @jasej
How is this possible?
Mine doesn't show TG, ID. It only shows RAN and has problems decoding NXDN96.
My model is DJ-X100E
Can you tell us how you have configured it to give you that information and the encryption key information?
Thanks a lot.
My friend
That comment I wrote earlier comes from a comment from someone in the group who confirms that the Alinco DJ-X100E works and shows encryption numbers for 4800 Mbps, 16-bit, It includes RAN numbers, and of course you can hear those conversations.

I have few questions, some I found answers, but maybe if anyone else tried:
- how does it work on CAP+ channels? Does it do trunking? What about if it's cap+ channel but you monitor only one frequency, does it decode proper or messes it up due to too much data on cap+ bursts?
- how does it work on RAS MotoTRBO? does it ignore it, like other scanners/sdrs?
- does it decode dmr messages if it does?
- does it decode POCSAG messages?

- how fast does it scan through dmr channels or maybe mixture of everything? If i put idk 30-40 channels, how fast would it scan through, does it stop on data bursts or it proceeds, if there is no voice call?

The scan is very fast, and you can listen to RAS, but it only gives you the slot information. Nothing else.
CAP+ isn't initially ready, but neither is my Uniden 3600XLT, and knowing the frequencies, you can store them in a bank and listen.
I hope this has been helpful.

I have the DJ-X100T (US version). I've had it for 1 month so far and really enjoy it. I've done a bunch of programming from the keyboard while waiting for Alinco to post fully functional software for this version. Remtronics has a very basic version posted in the meantime, but it will not work with my radio, perhaps because I am not willing to risk all that I have programmed into it manually. No ETA from Alinco. Also, RT Systems says they are developing software for it too. No ETA either.
Any news on the RT Systems software? Hoping it will also do the E version

I contacted RT systems regarding software for the DJ-X100T. This was their response:

"We have the radio and have begun the development process, but we do not yet know if software will be a possibility at this time. Feel free to check back with us at a later date for an update regarding this software."

Thanks for this info...
Hope they will manage, it's a very nice scanner, but Alinco's software is very basic, to say the least.
