TGID 7034 was self-identified as CDP-EPP 1
TGID 7035 was self-identified as CDP-EPP 2
All CDP personnel monitoring were told to make sure the radios were back on channel EMS-11. I suspect this is for EMS Region-11's (Chicago Region) starcom encrypted talk group as per the previous testing I heard.
Just a quick correction in the database, 7035 was called CDP-EPP 2. I don't know what EPP stands for, might just be abbreviated for the radio display? I had to listen to my recordings a few times for confirmation.

It was just identified as CDPH-EPP 1 (7034) this afternoon which makes more sense. I thought the "CDP" wasn't correct, so probably CDPH-EPP 2 is the correct channel for 7035. Radio ID's that I've seen so far are 790212x series. Nothing other than some testing so far heard.
The "EPP" might be some Emergency Preparedness acronym? I was looking it up, and never found a definitive answer, so it'll be a mystery for now.
