Another Silver Alert today, this time I was around to make a couple of observations:

3333 is patched from 53328 (Tpk/Pkwy Fleet)
1695 is patched from 27120 (Statewide Fleet)

I heard more DOT on 3131 off the Jersey City site. Maybe the North Seasonal Contractor?

Heard them discussing blocking lanes on Site 101 the last few days, I wouldn't have thought a contractor would be doing that, but what do I know. Definitely DOT usage though.

Sounded more like construction related stuff, though never heard the road or other info so almost anything is possible.

It was definitely not IMRT. I am actually surprised that we haven't seen that talkgroup show up on 700. The conversation I heard had to do with augers etc. Considering that 3135 is South seasonal contractors, I would put my money on hat 3133 is Central and 3131 is North.

I have heard IMRT units on South SSP and on the maintenance talkgroups during incidents.

It sounds like Newark FD is testing on the Fairfield PD talkgroup.referring to UMDNJ and Penn Station. Heard on Bordentown site.

Also on the West Orange site.

They were using the radios for a drill earlier in the day. During the drill the mentioned testing these radios against VHF channel 4. Newark FD does have a channel 4, 154.31000.

Commented also about testing in the Vailsburg section as well as many buildings and basements, including the ones you noted. I've also seen REMU radios affiliate and key up during their testing.

800 TG 28264 and 700 TG 1789 are patched together currently on Site 101. They don't sound digital over analog on the 800 system, so it would seem it's patched from 800 to 700. Radio ID on the 700 side seems to be 8070 for both parties talking so that would seem to confirm it's 800 conversation patched into 700.

I picked up some denied affiliations with radio IDs in the 48xxx range on the Bordentown site, anyone else seeing the same with the other sites?

Nothing strange at West Orange site, just seeing a lot of PvtData as usual

Ok I picked up another Denied,this time the radio ID was 46865 with a TGID of 3109.

On site 101 I had unit registrations turned off on the "Other Events" in Pro96Com. Not sure if that stops it from logging or just displaying. With that checked I do see these denies:

I see 48xxx affiliating successfully to 3131 the supposed North Seasonal Contractors TG. No denies yet, Tower 101
Radio IDs affiliating to 3131: 47992, 48025, 48028, 48121, 48288, 48383, 48388, 48419, 48421, 48424

So none that you saw denied I don't think, but definitely nearby in the ID range.
