Could just be an oversight. Wall was an ASR and Toms River was a subsite of the Bordentown cell until recently, and so with all of the site numbering getting shuffled around and sites/subsites moving between cells, it's possible they simply never configured 22 and 56 as adjacent sites.

Just to clarify, are you going by what is in the RRDB, or by what each cell is actually broadcasting? The RRDB is probably stale and/or incomplete at this point.
I monitor 22 so I see what it’s broadcasting.

Site 22 and DB are the same. 22 is reporting 7, 14, 37, 55.

For some odd reason, dispatch announces every morning in the clear for all supervisors to join a conference call.
That typically happens when someone is set for 'clear' and the dispatch consoles just goes to the least common denominator. Perhaps a radio near you is not strapped or E is not set on their radio. Wonder if the control station and logging radios were ever reprovisioned for "E" on full time....

We have no peers listed for the Toms River cell (56)... @elias1988 would you be able to grab those, please?

Will that Burlington/Ocean system be a better system than Berlin, Bordentown or Hammonton for picking up troop C while running Rt72 or Rt70 to the shore?

They are sites, not "systems". Program and monitor whichever site(s) cover the area you're driving along to ensure you have the best signal.

Also consider monitoring Monmouth Co simulcast (site 22). Reaches pretty far south into Ocean Co.

Look for an additional site to be added to Monmouth Simulcast (22).

To be located North of Freehold in Marlboro.

Spoke to Marlboro police and fire at a fire scene a few days ago, they say they are switching to the state system soon.

Has anyone been able to get Monmouth site 22 out toward Cream Ridge? I've tried a couple times on my G5 using a more powerful antenna and have been unsuccessful. I've verified all the site information and frequencies and everything looks correct.

That's probably a bit of a stretch. For one thing, the Freehold subsite is not yet part of the cell, and the Cream Ridge area would be covered by the Bordentown cell with a subsite in Millstone.

If you can't receive the Freehold ASR currently, you probably won't be able to receive the Monmouth cell even when the site does cut over.

Failsoft mode found. This is a statewide assignment but also appears at Passaic.
I also note PA to add to Bedminster Stage Coach Rd (60).

Based on signal, not likely at either IMHO, strapping 85dB no multipath. My guess location is Johnston Drive (07) and not in DB as there.

In failsoft 856.4625 👀 perhaps left over at 07 as part of old Smartzone II.

Taking a break from unpacking at our Cape May house as we've just made a permanent move here from upstate NY I brought out the SDS100 and noted significant 700-800mhz ducting. (Strong reception of the Worcester Co/Ocean City MD P25 system is a good indicator of the ducting).
I extended my NJICS location range on the scanner and found I have strong reception of the new Atlantic City Simulcast System. I am kind of surprised at the talkgroups I am hearing on the site. As expected, the site is carrying the NJSP Troop A 3 Comm, the AC Expressway coms, and the GSP 1 Comm. However, this afternoon the AC site has carried all of the talkgroups usually carried on the Cape May Simulcast, including all local PD's, including Cape May City and Lower Township. Also, NJSP Turnpike 2 Comm is also being carried. Seems unusual for a relatively small area simulcast. Perhaps temporary for fine tuning the system?
