Still just 152.510 here T1-1.1, DCC:0, no NL, here in Rochester. Mostly idle when checked recently. No trace of any signal on the other frequencies at my location. I get a good signal from the Attica P25 152.210 but nothing on 152.690 or 152.810. Bristol 152.8025 P25 pretty much blocks 152.810 but I checked with my R-7000 on very narrow B/W and no trace of signal. Those frequencies are heard in Buffalo so probably not Attica.
The 152.510 testing gets even weirder. Today 87545 attempts to call 85922 at 17 minutes after each hour then 85921 at 36 minutes. Gets NAK: SERVICE REFUSED each time. Attempts are 1 minute later each hour. No other traffic on the system.
