Thanks again to all! That being pointed out. Is Crawford possibly encrypted?
Other suggestions I might try to receive law enforcement? I can monitor fire out of crawford without issue.

Per the database, it would appear that Crawford County Sheriff dispatch is "Encrypted", unless I am reading it wrong. See the below:

The P25 dispatch shows as E but the Analog Sheriff A and B Dispatches do not mention E. The op would most likely get better results asking in the Illinois forum.

Yeah I noticed that as well, and agree its always better to ask within one's own state forum for info about a specific area and system. Plus its always a good idea to post that info with the questions initially in order to help responders tailor their replies to what the they wish to know.
