9 times out of 10, they mean 154.265 in CSQ mode (no PL).

This is also commonly know as South Jersey Net or the Net. Some county do have PL's on it but it is better off that you do not use it for that to maximize that frequency.

Just heard '120' on TG 59632 (NJTPD North Patrol) advising Central that the 800 Bus System was now shut down and to switch all their consoles to State 800.

Cam someone in South Jersey confirm the same on the south system? If so, I'll get them both depreciated.

There still appears to be activity on the north system. They probably just disabled the police talk groups. The light rail and the 200-x talk groups are still active.

I noticed the update for the NJTPD talk groups on the New Jersey State Police 800 System. Where did you get the information that the NJTPD are moving to the TETRA system when it completes it's roll out? I'm also wondering if their VHF channels will still be active at that point, if and when they move over? I guess we will have to wait and see.

I was wondering about that myself. The conversations I heard over the radio led me to believe this was permanent.

Also the control channel is now offline in my area. Can anyone else confirm?

Putting this here since it doesn't appear to be Superbowl traffic on the surface. But TG40944, aprox 10 hits since Wednesday.

That is another radio repair talk group. Not used too often.

Another that needs to be submitted. I'll get on it later.

TG 24816 was active with SouthSTAR calling the doc at Cooper around 20:50 tonight. Is this an actual talkgroup or is this a status bit patch or something I'm not familair with.

Interesting. That didn't show up on Troop B. That first showed up in my Unitrunker in 2010, and I only show 9 hits in 4 years.

It's supposedly State MICU Medical Control, but I've only ever heard it once.

Thanks, I was hearing Woodstown units signing on A1-5 yesterday so I wasn't sure if something had changed.

Nice catch John, I knew 4 comm seemed kind of quiet the last day or so. Woodstown was on 5 comm up to until about five years or so ago probably because they patrolled the last part of 295, with Bellmawr doing the rest. I am hearing them on 5 this afternoon, Guess it made sense to someone to change them back.
