The system will only pass TG'S from one site to another if a radio affiliates to it. There are no 'automatic patches' on the standard patrol channels, but it is very often that almost all Troop C patrol TG'S come across Troop B, and I'm sure it's similar for Troop C. Don't expect to hear Troop A traffic in Troop B, though.
Troop C's area has a large amount of both A & B traffic during the daytime (not often down there enough during work to truly quantify how much, but I have heard all 3 sections of the state active in C's coverage territory).

C3-03 and C3-05 are often on A and C - some of the coverage area of the troops on these talkgroups goes into areas covered better by sites of Troop A.
A1-12, A1-14, and A1-15 are often heard on A and C - not sure why A1-12 but A1-14 and A1-15 patrol areas in Troop C's footprint.
