The scanner should have an display of if it is Phase I (FDMA) or Phase II (TDMA) . A lot of Jones County comms are TDMA.

13510 - Sounds like a statewide service with a lot of check-ins to a dispatcher (PL?) indicating where units will be located each day. Otherwise, it's unclear what agency this might be.
