I don't have that one nailed down. TG 13365 is related to MHP District 5 - Troop G Dispatch (TG 13031). It seems to be a rebroadcast of traffic on 13031.

Similarly, I have TG 14359 as a rebroadcast of traffic from MHP District 4 - Troop F Dispatch (TG 14041).
Possible new tg finally that eliminate need for separation of former mdot-e and mhp? And have they got it properly renamed as mhp: cve or something else that makes sense as it's not dot anymore? Also is the dot railroad inspection guys still dot or under mhp with the rest of any enforcement folks from dot?

MDOT Rail Inspectors are still with MDOT

12586 seems to be the base police at the CRTC here in Gulfport, having apparently abandoned VHF.

65076 is Range Control somewhere; I'm thinking at Stennis. Rare use and I'm getting off the Harrison County, Waveland and Stennis sites.

That all depends on who you want to listen to? If it's MSWIN your only closest choice is going to be the Harrison County site. There is also a Kiln site too so that one while you're over there.

I keep a radio on my work desk parked on MSWIN at Stennis for a week at a time (downloaded on Thursdays), another doing MSWIN (all of the southern sites) daily, and a 3rd in the car doing MSWIN South plus a lot of conventional stuff.

12586 is MMD Zone 1. Not sure about 65076.

The traffic on there *nearly* matches what they sounded like on VHF (139.xxxx) before they abandoned it; I'm at a 95% confidence level on that one.

I've never heard any of the "MMD" talkgroups match up.

65076 has ID'd as Range Control many times, I've only heard small arms range traffic (9mm and 5.56 ammo) but I haven't gotten enough to verify it's at Stennis...yet.

Yes, and I've held many MMD radios in my hands and never seen anything like the DB nomenclature on any of the channels. Just like the county 'numbering' system the DB shows; I've never seen that in reality. It may be from some ancient document or codeplug but it's certainly not accurate.

Hmmm FIPS not accurate.... that's interesting. Per the FIPS documentation used the county numbering is accurate. Have not looked at the RIDs in use to see if they use county numbering in them recently, so can't comment on that.

I am in Gulfport now for drill. I can pick up SOW198, Benndale, Hancock County, Fountainbleau, Wiggins South, Vancleave, Port Bienville, and Kiln. I was monitoring Harrison County Public Safety EDACS system I heard a lot of traffic and same for the other MSWIN systems.
