Farmshow staff had disgusting old CP200 style radios. I don’t think they were even D models. I thought I’d see some trbo stuff there given the new WQTM924 license. Years ago I saw parking attendants using trbo with basic privacy on SL series radios. I don’t remember if it was simplex or a repeater without looking at my radio. But I didn’t see any STARNET activity beyond PSP and even many of them had their radios turned down or off.

Were they on the old UHF repeater, then? FCC Callsign KA93574 (PENNSYLVANIA, COMMONWEALTH OF)

Seems as thought there's been some tweaking with the neighbors lists for every site I've checked recently...greatly expanded at every site I've looked at.

There was some test counting on the Ellendale VHF site this morning on talkgroup 10304. RIDs seen were 9004018 and another 9004xxx ID which doesn't flag any particular agency since radios in that range before have been Motorola loaner portables. Anybody see that talkgroup anywhere else? Maybe Harrisburg area folks can keep an eye on it.

ESF-8 is a section in the NIMS incident command structure. Its not a person or county. The ICS system is broken down into functions to come together in a large scale incident in order to manage it orderly.

The goal of emergency response is to manage what would be chaos to the general public.

There are two new TG's 10304 & 10320 coming thru Allegheny Regional site. Both are encrypted. TG 10304 has been very active starting on 4-21-25. This is the first time for 103**. Maybe some super sleuth can figure out what these are.

Add 10321 to that. Did you obtain any RIDs ??

I'm receiving 10307 & 10308 on my TRX-2 recordings from SE PA, but no RIDs. All P25E.

Sorry, from both Philadelphia sites.

Could the 103xx TG's be permanent patches to the Turnpike LTE system? Or just new TG'S altogether.

There is no PTC District 6. Today, while driving down the NE Extension from Pocono I saw 10307 appear multiple times briefly before the encryption block passed over it, so I would suspect that is District 5 PSP now.
