Those are Part 22 paging frequencies, you're not going to find specific site-based licenses for them.
Does that include the 152.785 that I forgot to post?

That's NORH60 (Wind Gap PA)Hello,
The current tropospheric ducting event ongoing in the Northeast US and Canadian Maritimes is one of the best I've seen/heard in a long time. While poking around the 800 MHz band this morning from here on Cape Cod in MA I came across a control channel that may point to the PA Starnet system but it does not seem to be documented in the database here at RR.
I was using DSD+ FL with an Airspy R2. Site shows as follows:
Site:BEE00.942-3.12 NAC:940 NL:1.85 1.86 1.96 1.111 1.130 1.136
I found TG activity on 10177, 10183, and 13076 before the system faded about 1/2 hour prior to my post. The common denominator with those TG's are that they are all on PA Starnet. The only frequencies that showed up were 858.050 as the CC, 857.275 showed as an alternate CC (scc in DSD+), and 854.050 as a two slot TDMA voice channel.
Wonder if I stumbled on a new site or if I'm way off...could be either, or I'm missing something when searching.
I don't know the design goals for STARNET, but I suspect in rural areas it is a mobile-on-street service, whereas ICORRS is more of a portable-on-street service.OK so totally random, totally inexperienced question when it comes to STARNET. I (central Greensburg) cannot get more than a bar and a half for both VHF & 800 on starnet. I have a feeling they wouldn't have a dead zone in one of PSPs hot zones. Thoughts/help? Again, don't come after me, I am not experienced in STARNET like I am ICORRS.
STARNET is mobile-designed radio system. That’s why all the cruisers have repeaters in them. County-level systems, for the most part, are designed as portable systems and more towers are required to provide 95% coverage. So you very well may be in a dead zone. Some counties have 6-20 towers depending on their system type and coverage demands where the state may have 1 or 2 towers to cover one or two counties.OK so totally random, totally inexperienced question when it comes to STARNET. I've seen that rid on 10042/10160/10298/10300.Just curious if anyone has seen 10100 or 10300 PSP talkgroups active in your areas. I think 10100 is related to Troop T as a PSP King of Prussia portable radio is affiliated locally.
10300 always has a radio affiliated to it, but I’ve never seen traffic. I’ve never seen the affiliated radio on any other channel. 1205256 is the RID.

On another note talkgroup 11401 has been very active, many units calling in what sounds like some type of inventory. Identifies using truck numbers but no other id's
With the seasonal hires, that's probably what it is. It's a little concerning that one guy called out 10. Wonder how they have it labeled ?From what I've heard, I thought it was plow truck driver training. They're usually just mentioning truck numbers and numbers of cones (presumably hit) along with occasional comments about stopping points and other things that sound like it's on a training course.
That ICORRS system has good coverage.I thought PSP Greensburg is linked with ICORRS due to the dead zone. I'm not sure about Penn Dot and others.
