The 800 MHZ frequencies are not online yet. I have them programmed into a favorite list on my 436 and have them constantly scanning since they were first published.

Sure, but you will need a real good antenna from your location. It is a low power site, From my place (City west side) a rubber duck does nothing. I had to use a yagi go get a signal for Pro96com.

New FELHC license info for Tioga/Potter sites. Could be shared freqs for the state system or could just be colocated transmitters for their own system....

I know the 4 site system for lancaster, lebanon, berks, schuylkill has been silent with no activity in the last 3 weeks. No testing, no control channel, nothing...

There was a submission over the weekend providing a neighbor listing for Site 1-046 (SNYD06) Shade Mountain which included:

That neighbor list suggests that CENT08 is probably online now and that DAUP37 800 mhz probably isn't yet.

In addition, there was also a submission verifying FRAN02 to finally be online.

Allegheny 800 mhz sites notwithstanding, the following sites are known about but haven't yet been confirmed online and added to the DB as of this date:

Some of my fellow ham friends had mentioned that there was alot of activity at the various York County tower locations over the last 2 weeks.

Will check the FITG tower site after work and see if it is online.

After cranking up the amp I was finally able to receive site 1.50. I don't receive it as well as site 1.51 which is further away -

Thanks, Peter. I guess I probably shouldn't be surpised. Unless somebody just hasn't figured it out yet, there are 800 mhz sites in Allegheny that have yet to be confirmed online even though they showed up as neighbors to sites in the past. Perhaps 800 isn't as much of a priority to them to bring online first versus VHF.

P25 Phase II Starnet Statewide System

Just a quick update, I have Allegheny County Program in and had a hit. got a TGID: 10101 showing up but didn't get any audio. maybe they just keyed up the mic Unknown what agency this could be or perhaps radio tech
