I was listening to patrol 1 on my handheld and at the same time on my phone and I was getting different transmissions. It seems as if on the internet app I was hearing dispatch more. is it possible to hear more of dispatch on the handheld. All i have listed is patrol 1,2,3,4,5, it doesn't list dispatch.

The app for your phone normally only receives dispatch due to streaming rules/officer safety courtesies. Your scanner is likely stopping on other frequencies or talk-groups tying up the scanner on them while your phone is catching the dispatch comms exclusively taking place at the same time.
