Pro-162 Signal Stalker Quality???

Hello, everyone. How is the Quality of the Signal Stalker on the Pro-162?? I've used Uniden's close call system pretty successfully, but I'm looking for a good quality portable scanner that can track close call/signal stalker stuff for a low amount of money. I found an affordable one in my price range too.

Also, is this unit programable with a computer program or just on the keypad?

Signal Stalker should be fine for near by signals.
