Pro96Com for SDS100

Just got the SDS100. Having nothing but problems with it.

Uniden's software,Sentinental, doesn't communicate with the scanner. I plugged scanner into Win 10 computer, got messages drivers installed fine, so computer is communicating with scanner. But, Sentential doesn't see it.

Downloaded 2018 version of Pro96Com, don't see SDS100 on picklist. Tried a couple of Uniden scanners, it can't communicate either.

Is there a version of Pro96Com that supports SDS100?

When attempting to use Sentinel, are you selecting Mass Storage mode on the scanner?

Is there a version of Pro96Com that supports SDS100?

Right on the download page ( Pro96Com - Control channel decoder for P25 Trunked Radio Systems ) that you went to in order to download the software, it lists the scanners that it supports -- and the SDS100 is not one of them.

Thanks for info on mass storage. And thanks for Pro96Com not listed as supporting SDS100. That's what I thought.
