Based on calculations, the real base is 406.20000 with 12.5 kHz for spacing and 380 for the offset. 381 and 406.2125 might seem to work, but traffic will be lost. Make sure you use the right base when submitting to the database as some scanners/radios are more picky than others.

Just a quick update the cc changed at 11:50pm to 406.2125, that makes 4 control channels identified.
