In the recording grid, look for a button "File Explorer" on each row. Click that. Once you are in the File Explorer, right click the file then select Open.

Keep the cord, you need one of these for the scanner input

It sounds like the Recording side is the problem.
Can you click the Windows Mixer button in ProScan then post an image.

THAT's the input you need. Plugging in the aux cord to your mic port should enable the input

Scroll up until you see the Microphone. Not Speakers.
