PSR-310/PSR-410 CPU Firmware U1.4 Released

[GTR8000]

Firmware U1.4 was released today for the PSR-310 and PSR-410.

Changes are as follows (note that 1.2 and 1.3 were never released publicly):

U1.1 - Corrects bug found on Attenuator feature
U1.2 - Corrects bug related to Attenuator feature
U1.3 - Corrects band plan for marine channels
U1.4 - Adds patch support feature and changes the ranges of Public Safety Service Search

The specifics of the changes to the Public Safety Service Search ranges are as follows:

From: 33.4-46.5 to: 30.8-47.6
From: 151-170 to: 151-173
From: 453-467 to: 453-468
Unchanged: 764-797
Unchanged: 851-869

I had Ver 1.3. When I purchased the 410, first thing I did was check for a firmware update. It ask me if I wanted to upgrade to Ver 1.1 ???

With the recent update for the 800 and now this, this is another reason why I have switched to GRE.

Does make EDACS Narrow 900mhz not trunk i have to go back to 1.1 soon there should be a 1.5 maybe the will put out a 1.6 w the 1.5 included dont know i just dont see it on there yet and i got it on the 8th dont think there is alot of EDACS Narrow though. Blessing to All

Wonder what the difference is with V1.4

Just a guess but check the "invert" option on your narrow EDACS system.

Hi JW, When you turn the scanner on, at the Welcome screen, press number 3 on the keypad and it will show. My 410 as it came from Scanner Master had firmware ver. 1.5
I never did see any public release of 1.5 at all.
