Racom west omaha

can anyone confirm if the information in the database is correct, regarding the west omaha site? i used to listen to this site all the time (probably over a year ago) but i went to listen today, and cant even get a signal from the control channel. I have updated the frequencies in my scanner to match the database, but am getting nothing...

The FCC website show 7 freqs. instead of the 5 that is listed in the rr database. I'm not sure on how to figure the LCN though.

yeah, i saw that. i programmed all 7 in, in numerical order, and have heard nothing. Ive manually tuned to each frequency and get no control channel sound whatsoever. I know absolutely nothing about LCNs, or where i would even go to learn that kind of thing.

yes. i used to have no problems receiving the west omaha site. It would come in almost crystal clear on my psr 500 with 800mhz antenna. that was before the whole rebanding process began. I can now receive nothing from that site. But i can pick up the east omaha site right now if im in the right spot.
Reception shouldnt be an issue for me, unless they significantly reduced the power that site is putting out. Can you receive the west omaha site right now?

No I can't in Bellevue. But I can hear Omaha east and Thurman, IA sites.

Update: I was told they turned it off to determine if there was a need for the tower. They said nobody noticed it until the downtown tower went down. I don't believe they plan on turning it back on, being that it has been deleted from their tower maps.
