Scanner Bands Frequency Chart

Hi all...

I am looking for a chart that i can print out that shows all the frequencies and the meter bands for everything from shortwave to the scanner bands as well as what the frequencies are generally used for. I am not a HAM and I cannot seem to figure out which meters go with what frequencies etc

any help for a new guy like me is appreciated...

That first chart you gave me Allscan about killed my printer here at work hahaha
Id like to have one of those in color poster size for the wall of my shack....
