I am not really sure what changed but my sdrsharp is not working the way it used to with dsd. I had it set up and was able to scan ranges of freqs both analog and dmr. If an analog comm came in, I was able to hear it thru the speakers. If a dmr signal came in, I would barely hear it thru the speakers but the decoded audio was perfect.
I remember when in the volume mixer, I used to have a vbcable there and usually kept is level around 4. and that made it so the dmr noise was barely playing thru the speakers. And everything else came in good.
Now, when scanning ranges of freqs, the dsd plugin is saying it is losing buffers. It never did that before. And now, I cant get the dmr noise to drop low to not be heard in the speakers. I can not seem to get that cable input to show in the mixer either.
I have in record, vbcable output is the default. In playback, my speakers are default device and vbcable input is default comm device.
Is there a guide to set this up properly? I know I can just set sdrsharps audio out to vbcable and the dmr works good, but then analog does not come thru.
Shaking my head
How do people who use sdrsharp with dsd set everything up to listen to both analog and dmr without hearing the digital noise?
When dsd launches,it says this,
Appending synthesized audio to file 'DSDPlus.wav'
8 frequency records loaded
1015 radio records loaded
131 group records loaded
2 site records loaded
316 network records loaded
audio input device #1 = 'CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual '
audio output device #1 = 'Speakers (Realtek High Definiti'
audio output device #2 = 'CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual C'
audio input device #1 (CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual ) initialized
audio output device #1 (Speakers (Realtek High Definiti) initialized
Mono audio decoding initiated; press Esc to exit...
