So I have the OTG cable hooked up after the app started. No joy. I am using a Oneplus Nord N20 with Oxygenos. Can't get it to USB tether. Tried to load app on a Samsung A11, not compatible. Loaded ok on a Samsung J7 crown but it has the wrong USB size. Still working on it.

Ok update, I was able to get it to load and work on the A11. Works great. Can't get over the low usb voltage when I try to connect it to a charger in my car. I purchased an OTG cable from one of the links in this thread. Oh, this is on anSDS100.

Are you sure the charger is working? Maybe it doesn't supply enough power to power both at the same time?

Yes. I even tried switching ports. I have a few ideas to try next. I am also wondering if due to the fact that the phones battery was almost dead when doing this that it was getting more power then the scanner. Now that the phone is fully charged I want to see what happens.

Ok so still no luck. Phone charge at 98 and still got USB voltage warning. Then tried a USB adapter to a cig plug. When this happened the app stopped working and I got the bug warning. Restarting phone cleared the bug. Then tried USB to a 2.1 amp port on a power adapter. Same as above. Trying another phone next.

Could be a bad OTG cable?

Thinking it's possible. I took the cable and put it directly to the scanner from the port. Charge light came on instantly. So I know the cable it self is good. Where can I find a good quality OTG? I got one of the ones that where highlighted in this thread.
