Sentinel: sentinel software for SDS100

Am I missing something obvious with this software? Trying to download and it seems I keep finding this link, BCD436HP < UnidenMan4 < TWiki which may be the correct link, but why does it seem to tailor a specific scanner?

The BCD536HP, BCD436HP and the SDS100/200 all use the same version of sentinel.... The HomePatrol series of scanners, for some reason, use a different version (even though both softwares look identical.)

436, 536, 100 & 200 all use same version of Sentinel, so the 436 link you had to start with was fine.

Still seems odd to me that it referenced a specific scaner.

Thank you. I guess it has a lot to do with me being new to this, but giving it that names doesn't make sense to me. Regardless, I appreciate the quick replies to you and everyone else that has posted.
