Shelby's Tower Location Problem May Be Solved

There is a news article posted on the RR main page dealing with Shelby's troubles locating a new tower site (part of city\county\VIPER system):

"More possible sites for Shelby, TN communications tower "

Though it says otherwise, it is about Shelby, NC, not Shelby, TN.

It's obvious why they are having a problem obtaining a tower site !

They're looking in the wrong state :lol:
