I'm hearing reports that Weirton went digital, possibly to the state system. Any new Talkgroups popping up on the Weirton site?
If there were, they would likely be listed in the RRDB. Do you wanna disclose where you are hearing these reports? 460.1625 is the CC. Feel free to monitor it.
No activity seen on SIRN for any Weirton Public Safety.
No sign of them on Futronics.

Hello Group,
I am Mike WA3O and I have a home in Weirton. I noticed today that Weirton PD has switched to DMR and I tried to program a GD77 radio to receive them with NO luck I was wondering if anyone has been successful with receiving them. It's kind of weird my radio decodes about 10% sporadically.

Please don’t use a SIRN thread to discuss programming a non SIRN entity. You should start a new thread. The information is in the database for programming.
As of approximately 23:35hrs ET, the Kearneysville Site (Blue Ridge Mountain Tower Site) is down. No control channels monitored. All units requested to switch to Martinsburg site and limit radio traffic to Emergency communications only.

No tower there yet. No FCC ASR registration for a tower as of yet. Site elevation is 2546'. Either they will eventually file an ASR application for a tower or they are building a tower 200' or less.
Based upon SIRN minutes, they have been searching for a site location for some time. So chances are that nothing has been built yet and that the site location was found/procured in the past two months.

Lots of testing on new TG 1190 on the Martinsburg site today.
I'm guessing it'll be a Berkeley FD company private from the others around it.
Hearing WVSP Troop 2 traffic on TG 9020. Definitely a check point.
