I"d say you have some data corruption there, and if it were me I wouldn't trust anything from here on out that depends upon currently stored system data that you have. I'd recommend that you rename your system170 folder in Pro96Com and start again, and do the following:
1. Make sure you stop reading data from the scanner before you switch to monitoring another control channel
2. Try very hard to monitor sites that give you near 100% decode
With that said, I quite often monitor weak sites and have never ran into that problem.

At any rate, if you live near Alderson and can monitor Alderson with Unitrunker and pull the peers (neighbors) list, that will likely give us more information.
Even better, if you live near Diana or White Sulfur Springs and can run Pro96Com or Unitrunker and hear an active P25 control channel on one of the frequencies listed for that particular site, please gather any/all information that you can and submit it to the DB.

I think I found the answer as to why I had trouble getting any Charleston talkgroups,and I think it's because of the aluminum siding I had put up late last year on the back side of my house(facing northwest),just putting my scanner to my window ledge produced instant results and a very active Charleston SIRN the way I've been used to. I'm a very happy camper now

I guess I don't understand what you are saying. The Martinsburg site which is in the db has been up and running for at least 5 years. 3 of the freqs you have listed above are not in the current system but 453.7500 is.
Is the site changing freqs for some reason or adding the 3 new ones for increased capacity?
